The first Kid’s Winter Night Festival took place on January 21, 2023, at the Matamoras Airport Park and was a big success. Elementary aged children entered the festival and were greeted to fun free activities including duck racing, light up cornhole, pick a lollipop tree and many others. Complimentary hot chocolate, hotdogs, and a make your own S’more’s booth were provided and were in high demand. This nighttime Winter Festival was topped off with a free showing of Norm of the North in an outdoor theatre.
Look for our festival next year and join in on the fun. This was a free event presented by the Eastern Pike Regional Police Foundation.
